  19. NOTES:
  20.    The two functions _wb_parse and _cli_parse cause warnings at link time.
  21. These stubs replace unnecessary code that would be included otherwise.
  22. Since there are no runtime options of any sort to this program, it makes
  23. sense to get rid of the code.
